Interior design scale models can be made in a range of material and finishing types. With the help of modern technologies, these interior models can bring ideas to life. These types of models are mostly used to visually demonstrate the interior of apartments, offices, event spaces and more.
The furniture clearly indicates the type of room and, at the same time, allows the viewer to estimate how much space is left once all furnishings are brought in. It features floors made of distinct materials that help differentiate the rooms: hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room, and floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen.
Since the models are more and more real and basically represent a real masterpiece, they practically become a marketing tool that influences the sale.
In terms of sales, we are talking about “selling” the image of the company which produces such models, because it will increase its esteem in front of those who will invest in them, but also that of the company requesting a model.
They have many advantages, such as the opportunity to change certain details before the works start, saving not only money, but also time.
This is a scale model of a one family residence, which can be disassembled for a better view of the internal compartmentalization. Disassembling house scale models have always been one of the strong suits of real estate fairs and in negotiations with future residents.
Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers could not only see the spaces around the houses, but also the internal compartmentalization.
Models are often used by developers not only to help customers or architects better understand the project. The impressive details, but also the quality of the materials can make architectural models be considered works of art.
They are a good way to teach students, being able to explain to them certain features of buildings, but also their aesthetics in a much clearer way. They are real marketing tools, they can easily attract potential customers, due to the details which look as real as possible.
